CeriPlex is looking to contract new level 3 technicians both remote and local to help boost our current support offerings and add a wealth of knowledge to our support departments. Your basic responsibilities will include...

  • Organizing fortnightly support rosters
  • Coordinate large customer implementations
  • Developing cost effective management solutions
  • Respond to surveys, reports, lists, etc
  • Renegotiate support contracts
  • Build long-term business relationships with customers
  • Participate in Team Training (Operating Systems, Control Panels..etc)
  • Manage our existing helpdesk, streamlining our support techniques
  • Other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Salary:
