If you have the skill and expertise to help CeriPlex focus
on delivering a truly reliable management service, then we
want to speak with you!. CeriPlex is looking to contract new
level 3 technicians both remote and local to help boost our
current support offerings and add a wealth of knowledge to
our support departments. Your basic responsibilities will
include...
- Organizing fortnightly support rosters
- Coordinate large customer implementations
- Developing cost effective management solutions
- Respond to surveys, reports, lists, etc
- Renegotiate support contracts
- Build long-term business relationships with customers
- Participate in Team Training (Operating Systems, Control
Panels..etc)
- Manage our existing helpdesk, streamlining our support
techniques
- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time
