The CeriPlex Monitor & Respond facility is included with all the available multi-tier management plans. Your servers services, such as http, mysql, dns and so forth are monitored on a pre-defined interval (Specified per plan) and down-time notifications are immediatly sent to all on-shift technicians and will be instantly responded to and the service brought back online.

Once back-online, a notification email is dispatched from the attending technician to the contact email address on file with details of the failure and how the issue was resolved, ensuring you are allways kept informed of recent activity regarding your CeriPlex managed hosting solution.

What are the benefits?

The main benefit to the Monitor & Respond facility is peace of mind, Once active you can be safe in the knowledge that your important services are constantly monitored from both internal and external systems ensuring they allways running smoothly and are allways accessible from the outside world.

As an added bonus, the Pro-Active management plan entitles clients to system resource monitoring. By adding this service to your hosting solution, we will monitor your entire system including cpu load, memory usage & bandwidth consumption to ensure your system is allways performing to the highest standard... and if its not, we'll fix it.

How do I apply?

Your application for monitoring will automatically be provisioned on sign up and the monitored services are pre-determined based on the usage of your system. However, Custom ports can be specified using the Pro-Active management plan. Just incase you need specific services / applications monitored 24/7.
